Show Clarissa Mecham Parker Pearl Chesnut Taylor Clarissa Georgiana Mecham Parker, 61, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 1982, in En-cinitas, En-cinitas, California, after a long illness. She was born in Nephi October 12, 1920 to Elain and Josephine Crosby Mecham. She married George Chester Parker, November 1, 1942 in Hungtington Park, California. She had lived in South Gate, California until 1979 where she and her husband owned and operated Parker Furniture. They moved to En-cinitas En-cinitas in November, 1979, where they have since resided. She is survived by her husband, Encinitas; three brothers and one sister, Joseph E. Mecham, American Fork; William A. Mecham, South Gate, Ca.; Charles D. Mecham, Oakland, Ca.; and Mrs. Charles (Jessie) Eller of Corinne. She was preceded in death by a brother, Hyrum Crosby. great-grandchildren; a brother and two sisters, Lee lerwill and Mrs. MuM Christensen both of Provo and Mrs. Golden (Lucille) Carter of Springville. A son, LaVell Chesnut preceded her in death. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 17, at 11 a.m. in the American Fork Fifth Ward Chapel. Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery under the direction of Anderson and Sons Mortuary. AM. FORK- Pearl Lerwill Chesnut Taylor, 80, of American Fork died Sunday, March 14, at her home. She was born February 2, 1902 in Payson, a daughter of Thomas and Violet Ann Berry Lerwill. She married James Clyde Chesnut, June 18, 1925 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died January 18, 19-10. She married William Albert Taylor, February 2:5, 1946 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She served as American Fork City treasurer for several years. She also worked in a cleaning establishment for several years. She was a member of the LDS Church and was active . in all auxiliaries. Survivors include her husband, a son and daughter, James C. Chesnut and Mrs. Shirley C. Allhouse, all of American Fork; five grandchildren and six Sheron Shepherd Mitchell ' - X ' ' ' I' ' f ; , s a AM. FORK- Sheron Shepherd Mitchell, 29, of American Fork died Thursday, March 11, at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City following an automobile accident. She was born January 2, 1955 in Salina a daughter of John J. and Gwen Curtis Shepherd. She married William x Ben Mitchell, April 2, 1974 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a member of the LDS Church living in the American Fork Sixth Ward. She attended at-tended school in Pleasant Grove and the College of Southern Utah. Survivors include her husband, a son and a daughter, William Don Mitchell and Morgen Gwen Mitchell, all of American Fork; her parents of Pleasant Grove; one brother and two sisters, Paul Jay Shepherd, Pleasant Grove; Gale Nelson, Lyman, Wyo.; Mrs. Calvin (Kathaleen) Fox, Lehi; grandparents, grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Avery Curtis, Aurora, Ut. Funeral services were held Saturday, at 11 a.m. at the American Fork Sixth Ward Chapel. Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery. PEARL C IIESNL'T TAYLOl Ruby Foster Murray AMERICAN FORK-Ruby FORK-Ruby Arline Foster Murray, 62, died March 3, 1982 in the American Fork Hospital. She was born Nov. 11, 1919 in Casper, Wyo., to Charles and Addie Devine Foster. She married Joseph A. Murray, Sept. 11, 1966 in Wyoming. Survivors include her husband of American Fork, three daughters, Sheri Carlisle, Casper, Wyo.; Connie Light, Calif. ; Nancy Foster, Colo.; three step children, Jodie Murray, Casper, Wyo.; Randy Murray and Mellisa Murry, both of Gellette, Wyo. Seven grandchildren, grand-children, two sisters, Dorothy Shorow, Grace Miller, both of Casper, Wyo.; Ruth Major, California. Funeral services were held Thursday, Mar. 4, 1982 at 10 a.m. in the Anderson An-derson and Sons Mortuary Mor-tuary Chapel, additional funeral services were held Saturday afternoon in the Bustard Funeral Home and burial was in the Casper, Wyoming Cemetery. |
