Show Tom Paul Named Bike-a-Thon Chairman St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the largest childhood cancer research center in the world, is pleased to report, Tom Paul, Pleasant Grove, has besn selected as Chairman of the 1982 "Wheels for Life" Bike-A-Thon in Pleasant Grove and Lindon. St. Jude's Western Regional Director, Gary . Schrenk, stated, "It is only through the efforts of wonderful people like Officer Paul, of the Pleasant Grove Police Department, that we can continue our life-saving life-saving work. We hope everyone will take part of this event. Riders, sponsors, and volunteer helpers are all needed to make the Bike-A-Thon a success. "Cancer and other catastrophic diseases cures." According to Laurie Beall, regional Bike-A-Thon project coordinator, coor-dinator, "St. Jude's results have worldwide impact. Upon diagnosis and a doctor's referral, a child from anywhere in the world may be accepted and treated.
