Show Homecoming Sunday for Missionaries Elder Bruce Murdoch Elder Bruce Murdock, son of Bishop C. Dale and Louise Murdock, has just recently returned from serving ser-ving a mission in the Japan Sapporo Mission. Elder Murdock loves the Japanese people and is thankful for the opportunity oppor-tunity in serving the Lord. He reports that the church is growing fast and a Stake was formed while he was there. Elder Murdock invited all friends and relatives to hear his report at his homecoming this Sunday, November 12th at 3 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove 15th Ward sacrament meeting in the Timpanogos Stake Center. Elder Mark L West Elder Mark L. West, son of David and Phyllis West has returned from the Korea Seoul Mission field. A welcome home is planned for Sunday, Nov. 12 at 4 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove Stake House, at the First Ward sacrament meeting. Elder West reports that the Korean Soul Mission is the leading Asian mission in the world, and the church is making rapid growth there. He says the Korean people are receiving the gospel well, and he really enjoyed his mission experiences experien-ces there. Elder Douglas Major Elder Douglas Major, son of Duane and Joana Major is returning this week from the Virginia Roanoke Mission field. A welcome home will be held at the American Fork Training School Chapel, Sunday, Nov. 12 at 4:30 p.m. All friends are invited to come and welcome him home. Elder Loren Morton A special homecoming service will be held in the Pleasant Grove Stake House this Sunday at 6 p.m. for Elder Loren Morton, who recently completed com-pleted a two year mission for the LDS Church in Buenos Aires, Argentine North Mission. Loren is the son of Dale and LaRee Morton and everyone is cordially cor-dially invited to come and hear his missionary experiences and his testimony. |
