Flinders Realty and Exchange Ex-change is located at the old Mt. Meadow Ranch east of Kimball Jet. on the frontage road. Even while Flinders was associated with Coleman, he maintained offices at the ranch owned by his family since 1947, so the split presented no startling change. Although Flinders, a four year member of the Salt Lake and Park City Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club, has sold his share of single family houses and condominiums, his specialty is large ranches, development develop-ment parcels and multi-acre homesites in rural areas. "We want to be known as the people to see for a five acre homesite with a stream and a few trees. We want to be the land people in Summit and Wasatch Counties," said Flinders who is listed as a "landman" on his business card. A Snyderville native, Flin ders is an expert of the future development of the area. He sees Snyderville as an area with tremendous growth potential because of its natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle. Joining Flinders, as an agent, is Frances Remillard who came over from a Salt Lake firm. Flinders refers to Remillard, a native of Kam-as, Kam-as, as his biggest competition competi-tion in the acreage business. Another agent in the brokerage is Peggy Richardson Richard-son who moved with Flinders from Coleman. The office is run by Libby Hannay and Linda Flinders. Flinders has been in the real estate business for five years. Prior to that he managed a large ranch owned by his family in Nevada. He holds a brokerage broker-age license in Utah as well as one in Idaho where he has many clients. The symbol of the new firm is a pair of draft horses inside an inverted horseshoe. horse-shoe. "It means we're lucky and we're pulling for you." Flinders says," and we hope to be known by that for years to come. |
