Show Summit Burglars Guilty Following a two-day trial at Coalville March 9-10, an eight member jury found Salt Lake residents Stanley Ja-cobsen Ja-cobsen and James Chambers . guilty of a January burglary at Rick Thompson's Summit Park home. Third District Court Judge J. Dennis Frederick is expected to sentence the pair shortly. The crime is a second degree felony and carries a 1 to 15 year prison term' andor a fine up to $10,000. According to Deputy Summit County Attorney Terry Christiansen, Jacob-sen Jacob-sen and Chambers who associated with the crime by an "informant". Christiansen said officers subsequently purchased a video recorder from the two suspects that later was identified as stolen from the Thompson home. A search warrant turned up more stolen items and an arrest was made, according to Christiansen. |
