' well child clinic The Well-Child Clinic for this month will be held on Tuesday April 15th at theMemorial Building from 9:00 to 10:00am. The purpose of this clinic is to provide health care to well children from birth to school entry ape. Those children who are ill should be seen by a private physician, so as not to expose the other children to the illness. The services offered at this clinic include: health history, height and weight measurements, skin testing for tuberculosis, immunizations, physical, examinations, health record keeping, guidance regarding child rearing, and referrals to appropriate health and social agencies. There is a $1.00 fee for each child seen. If you have any questions concerning this clinic, please contact the Summit County Health Department at 649-9072.
