Now a shop has opened on Main Street where you'll be able to buy the works of these artisans. Mountain Grown Art, under un-der the direction of Dave Gardner and Dave and Linda Bernini, features paintings, macrame, jewelry, weav-ings, weav-ings, planters, batik, quilts, and pottery. Everything is hand-made, and they are going to try and keep it that way. Some of those whose crafts are sold at the shop include Louise Sorensen, quilts; Bunny Rubin and Eleanor Hunter, weavings; Mamie Byer, afghans; Linda Bernini, Ber-nini, crocheted items; Dave Bernini, furniture; Dave Gardner, prints; Judy Curtis, Cur-tis, batik and velvet tie-dye; Guy Williams, paintings; Ken Matsuyami, furniture. |
