A sports enthusiast, herself, her-self, she willingly Involves everyone in new games, crafts, hikes and other exciting ex-citing events on a daily basis. bas-is. She's a great asset and makes a real difference In the success of each program. Taylor received his BA. in Speech Communication and Masters in Counseling and Guidance with an emphasis em-phasis on Rehabilitation. - "I want to work WITH the system, not against it," he remarked. "Too often we don't pool out available people and resources effectively ef-fectively and this is more detrimental than beneficial to a community. We need to be aware of each other's needs and help each other meet them." When asked what Taylor felt his greatest disappointment disappoint-ment has been since arriving In Park City, he quickly commented, com-mented, "So many people misunderstand my role. They fear I'm a narc (narcotics (nar-cotics agent) and refuse to open up and be honest." When asked how this affected af-fected him he responded, "I'm here to work with the people. I'm not turning anyone any-one in. "I've been In the center of the drug movement for five years and know how difficult dif-ficult it Is to gain the trrst of drug users. "It just takes time and getting to know each other. I want to work with anyone with any kind of situation." Recreation Director Kathy Koclnskl has resided In Park City for the past five years. She renovated the recreation recrea-tion program through an Innovative In-novative and hard working approach. Known well for her own Individuality and community It's a program with movement, move-ment, flexibility, and character. char-acter. On the outside It may look like the traditional . . . but on the inside It is a total commitment to social integration for all ages. We're running a program which offers all angles in recreation including skiing, bowling, trampoline, karate, pool, ping pong, shooting range, basketball, ice skating, skat-ing, football, swimming, dance, crafts, ballet, snow-sholng, snow-sholng, snow moblllng, cross country skiing, cycling, Backpacking, yoga, horseback horse-back riding, golf, tennis, and baseball, just for starters. But more than that . . . We're offering a meaningful meaning-ful process in recreation through Individualized and group counseling, rap sessions ses-sions which allow anyone to be himself, and become the self he'd like to be, and specialized parent-youth groups. With all this, we still need more. You. Too often youth and adults lack the facilities or opportunity op-portunity to fulfill themselves. them-selves. We want to change that. The memorial building Is under new management-a management actively Involved Involv-ed In coordinating as many group and individual activities ac-tivities as possible.
