Show OFFENDERS IN POLICE COURT Bud Reed was fined $5 in police court this raornint for allowing h!s hoise to stand unhltcned on a public street. Reed pleaded not guilty, claiming that the animal wus left only for a minute while he took a nip from a bottle belonging to a friend. He was arrested by Offieor "William Reast who testified against him. William Scheffler, charged with lov.'d and lascivious conduct, forfeited a bond of S'-O by failure to answer to the charge. James Policy did not appear to answer an-swer to the charge of allowing his hor?e to stand in the street without hitching, and forfeited a bond of $5 which lift had deposited at the time of his arrest. A bond of $5 was forfeited by Qco Slekler, who was arrested Monday by Officer William Reast for riding a Wheel on the sidewalk, contrary to the city ordinance. Uriah Hyde, who w3 anested on a charge of disturbing the peace, did not appear for trial and his bond ot $10 was turned into the city treasury as a consequence of his absence. |
