Show ELECTION DAY PMQUBIY Without being called upon to make an arrest all flay yesterday and up to a late hour last night, the? police declare de-clare that a more quiet and orderly election was never held in the city than that which took plac Tuesday. From 10 o'clock Monday night up to 12 o'clock last nlsht only ne arrest had been made. This was of a young man who was charged with having insulted a girl on the street about 10 o'clock last evening. |
