Olln, spperlntendent of premiums and awards, has appointed appoint-ed tho following experts as Judges to pass upon the exhibits of grains, grasses, vegetables and fruits at the International exposition In connection connec-tion with the fifth Dry Farming Congress Con-gress In Spokane the week of October 3. Al-cher, Al-cher, superintendent of the Idaho Experiment Ex-periment Farm, Caldwell. Idaho. Vegetables Professor O. B. -Whipple, horticulturist, Montana Agricultural Agricul-tural College, Bozeman, Mont. Fruits Professor W. S. Tharnber, horticulturist. Mate college of Washington, Wash-ington, Pullman, Wash. Growers In Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Ore-gon, Montana. Utah North Dakota,, Colorado, Wyominc, Kansas and tbol province of Alberla will send large displays to be entered In competitions for cash prizes and premiums of a total aluo of $3 300. which will he awarded by the management of the congress, and In addition many will bring double exhibits no thoy can alRo compete for prizes aggregating 1 3. 50.1, offered by the Spokane Interstate Fair association.
