Davis County. Coun-ty. Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 42 degrees de-grees 50 minutes east 2.470 feet from the southwest corner of Section 30, Township 5 north. Salt Iake base nnd meridian, from where It will be convened by means of a crinnl and a pipe line for a distance ; of 11,797 feet, and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive; of each year, to develop power f"i the pnrposo of electric lighting and propelling machinery !n Weber, Davis, Salt Lake and Morgan Counties.
