Show "CVCLOI" GOES INTOjRAINING Today Cyclone Johnny Thompson and Tete Sullivan start training for the twenty-round meeting at Saltalr Ma 10. Thompson has established I quarter at Ogden. Sullivan will train in Suit Lake, which he now clalmB b his home. As tho articles call for catch weights, there will be no strenuous work to take off weight, just enougn to get In top shape for the meeting. To clear his record of ten two decisions de-cisions agftln6t him, Thompson made his match here, and Bays that he will moro than even up by winning tho wav he did at Utah Hot Springs in 1908. Sullivan and his backers are just as confident, however, and when the sidfts line up for the betting fray there promises to be many wager6 flying thick and fast. Thompson says that he will do hut little boxing, as he does not need it Plenty of road work, and w-ith the gymucslum apparatus, will constitute his dally program. Sullivan will have about tho same program. Pete's boxing box-ing is admitted to be about the cleverest clever-est In the lightweight division, and ho will need little preparation In that line. Both are now In condition, and with the prep of one week will be on edge for a great battle. |
