Show NOTICE TO WATER USER8. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah, April 16, 1910. Notice Is hereby given that George T. Stenhouse, whose post office address Is Morgan, Utah, hus made application In accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by tho Ses-nlou Ses-nlou Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate appropri-ate one-fourth (1-4) of a cubic-loot ppr second of water from Cedar Hollow Hol-low Spring, Morgan County, ULih. Said spring Is situated at a point which lies 1 ,207.8 feet east of the south quarter earner of Section 21, Township 4 nV.h, Range 2 east. Salt Iake base and meridian. Tho water will be diverted at the place where It issues from said spring and conveyed con-veyed by means of e pipe line, ditch and a flume, for a distance of 3.000 feet and there used during the period from April 1 to October 15. Inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 10 acres of land embraced in Sctlon 25. Town-hlp Town-hlp 4 south, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian As much of said water as may to necessary will be used during the cntlo year for domestic do-mestic purese8. This application la designated in the State Engineer's office of-fice as No. 2952. AH protests against the granting of said application, slating the reasons therefor, must bo made by affidavit la duplicate and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
