During all last night the mean temperature In Ogden waa 35 degrees above zero, and In thj Weber and Ogden canyons It did not tfall far below tho freezing point. During the day the snow of both mountain and valley has been melting. melt-ing. Tho thawing of last night and today, to-day, however, up to a late hour this alternoon, has not caused the rivers to rise, nor become muddy. Thi gutters of "Ogden city are filled almost al-most to overflowing with water from the melting bhow and the streets during dur-ing the day became almost free from the white covering. The temperature In the upper valley val-ley was above, tlve freezing point today.
