Show FINED m FOR SPEEDING MO The case of the state vs. James Honey, Hon-ey, on tho charge of exceeding the speed limit with an automobile on Washington avenue and Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street last Sunday, was resumed re-sumed in Judge Murphy's court tnls morning. Trial was on last Monday morning, but was continued to give the defendant time to secure witnesses wit-nesses for his defense. Superintendent Joseph Ballcv of tho Ogden Rapid Transit company was the complainant and he testified that Honey drove his machine on th day mentioned In the complaint and at the place desigmted at a rat of speed not le?s than fifteen mlle.i on hour. The defendant, with two otlur witnesses, testified that the macnln? was not going faster than six uuies an hour.
