Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake Cltr. Utah. Feb. 10, 1010. Notlc. Is hereby given that L B. Spencer, whose po6tofP.ee address la Ogden, Utah, has made application In accordance with the retirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 190", as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate five (5) cubic feet per second of water from the Left Hand Fork of the South Branch of Ogden River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point , which bears north 89 degrees 58 minutes, min-utes, west 1,155 feet from the southeast south-east corner of Section 13. Township 7 rorth, Ranse 3 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, from whore It will be conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of approximately 18.000 feet, and there used from January 1 to December 31, lnclu6he, of each year, to develop power for the purpose of electric lighting and propelling machinery ma-chinery In Ogden and Huntsvllle, Utah. Alter having been so diverted and used the water will bo returned to the natural channel of the stream at a point which bears north 59 degrees de-grees 5-1 minutes, west -2.840 feet from the southeast corner of Section 24, Township 7 north, nange 3 east.
