He was sentenced to pay a fine of J10 or nerve, ten days In JM1 VAGRANTS IN POLICE COURT Four able-bodied men were arraigned ar-raigned before the municipal judge this morning, charged with vagrancy, all but one pleading not guilty. Martin Henry stated that he was broke and, of course, would have to pleud guilty to vagrancy. The other men, William Taylor, Thomas O'Bnen and Peter Jeffries, denied that they were "vags," but the testimony given giv-en brought out the fact that they had no visible means of support. They were declared guilty of the offense and all were given an opportunity to leave the city instanter. Charles Burton, the unfortunate lad who smashed the pawn shop window win-dow Tuesday night, was again before be-fore his honor and again the court decided to withhold sentence until some future time. The court stated that it did net know what should be done with the boy.
