Show Cormick's Illness had been confirmed by Prof. Emll Kraepelln. of Munich. Germany, the most eminent living authority au-thority on mental dh-eabes, and by Dr. August Hoch, leading American specialist with Bloomlngdalo hospital. New York. Dr. Hamilton testified that MrMc-, MrMc-, Cormlck was unable properly to care for himself without assistance. There was no evidence showing any tn-dency tn-dency toward acts of violence on the part of Mr. McCormlck. Dr. Favlll and Mrs. McCormlck were called as witnesses and both corroborated cor-roborated the testimony of Dr. Hamilton Hamil-ton as to the mental and physical cou-I cou-I dltlon of Stanley McCormlck. The court jadjudged Stanley McCormlck Mc-Cormlck to be a person, by reason of disease. Incompetent to care for himself him-self unassisted, and appointed Mrs. Stanley McCormlck. Dr. Henry F. Favlll Fa-vlll and Cyrus Hentley. his guardians, and fixed their bonds each at $30,000. The guardians, all of whom were present pres-ent at the hearing, qualified a3 such. The petitioner pe-titioner was represented by local counsel and a brother and sister of j Stanley McCormlck appeared by counsel and filed tho written consent of all members of the family to the appointment, as guardian. Mrs. Stanley Stan-ley McCormlck. Dr. Henry B. Favlll, for years family physician, and Cyrus Bentley, for twenty years the legal adviser of members of the family. Dr. G. V. Hamilton, physician In Immediate charge of Mr. MeCormlck's case, was called as a witness in support sup-port of the petition.'
