Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah. Jan. 29, 1909. Notice is hereby given that the HuntsvlUe Land and Livestock Company, Com-pany, by Its secretary Simon S. Jensen, Jen-sen, whose postofilce addre6 Is HuntsvlUe, Hunts-vlUe, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements ot Chapter 108, Session La-ns or Utah. 1905, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907, to appropriate two (2) cubic-feet per second of water from Ogden River, Weber County, Utnh. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 55 degrees 22 minutes min-utes west 960 feet distant from tho west quarter corner of Section 35, Township 7 north, Range 3 east. Salt Lake base and meridian and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch and pipe lino for a distance of 5.280 feet and thcro used from April 1 to August 1, Inclusive, Inclus-ive, of each year, to Irrigate 100 acres of land embraced In Section 33. Township Town-ship 7 north. Range 3 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated In the' State Engineer's office as No. 2070.
