Show MRS. GUY CHETWYND GRANTED A DIVORCE Ivondon, Jan. 12. Mrs. Guy Chet-wynd, Chet-wynd, daughter of the late Charles Seen-, of New York City, was grauted a decree in the divorce court today against her husband for Ihe restitution restitu-tion of her conjugal reports. The petition pe-tition was not defended. Mis. Chetwind's husband Is the son and heir of Sir George Chetwlnd. Mr. Chetwynd Is at present on a shooting expedition in Egypt. Mrs. Chetwynd's lawyers said that Mr. Chetwyn deserted his wife and child a year ago. and rented an apartment for his exclusive use. In response to his wife's appeals he wrote: "I intend living my own life in tho future; ou can take whatever steps you like." The marriage of Miss Secor to Mr. Chetwynd In 1002 furnished society with a" sensation. They made a runaway run-away marriage and wore married under un-der special license in London. Nothing was known of the occurrence until the pair turned ii at tho residence of Mr. Chetwynd's mother in Paris. |
