Tho ten presidential electors of California met I here at noon to-day and cast their votes for president and' vice-president of the United States. This year thero was little excitement attached to tho formality. Tho men who cast their votes for President Roosevelt and Vice-President Fairbanks four years atro met In the assembly chamber, with packed galleries, and a program of music appropriate to tho occasion. The electors who cast their totes for President Taft and Vive president Sherman did so with no unusual ceremonies.
