Part of said water will be diverted from a spring which 13 situated at "point of diversion" No. 1, which bears north 62 degrees 48 minutes west 211.3 feet dis'ant from tho east quarter quar-ter corner of Section 35. Township 6 north, Range 1 wet. Salt Lake base and meridian. Part of said water will be diverted from a Bprlag which Is situated at "point of diversion" No. 2, which bears north 71 degrees 3 minutes min-utes cast 1540 feet distant. from the land corner above described. Part of said water will bo diverted from a spring which is situated at "point of diversion" No. 3, which is 3.49C.6 feet south 61 degrees 51 minutes oast from the above described corner. Part of said water will bo collected from a spring which is situated at a point bearing north 43 degrees 21 minutes eac'. 2820.6 feet distant from the point first above, described; also from numerous nu-merous small sprlriga adjacont theroto and convoyed to "point of diversion" No. 4, which bears north 44 degreos 44 minutes eapt 2.5S3.2 feet distant from the quarter corner above described, describ-ed, where It will be diverted. At "point of diversion" No. C, which boars north 51 degrees 33 minutes east 2,427.7 feet distant from the land corner cor-ner above described, a part of said water will be collected from small springs situated in a side canyon which enters the main canyon at a point northeast of tho '"point of diversion" list above described. At "point of diversion" di-version" No. 6. which bears south 85 degrees 63 minutes east 6233.S feet distant dis-tant from the land corner above described, de-scribed, the water which flows from a spring situated about 100 feet east of said "point of diversion" will bo diverted. divert-ed. The remainder of tho water applied for will be diverted at "point of diversion" di-version" No. 7, which bears south 69 degrees 7 minutes east 3.4G4.2 feet distant from the land corner above described, at which point the water from numerous small springs situated in two canyons which form tho main canyon is to be collected and diverted. The water from the various sources above described will be collected and conveyed to a point near the west Hue of Section 3C, township 6 north. Range 1 wont, Salt Lake base and meridian, where it will be conveyed for about 20,000 feet by means of a pipe line to the reservoir of the applicant ap-plicant situated east of Ogden City between be-tween 22nd and 23rd streets and from there it will be distributed dining tho period from January 1 to Docembor 31, inclusive, of each yoar, by meani of the present system of water works J operated by the applicant and to be hereafter constructed and there used for municipal purposes. This application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 1709. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor must bo made by affidavit In duplicate and filed In this office within with-in thlrlt" (30) days after the completion comple-tion f the publication of this notice.
