Telegrams received at local railroad headquarters Indicate a general ptorm in progress throughout the whole country coun-try tributary and contiguous to Ogden Og-den Snow is falling heavily over Union Pacific territory as far east as ftawllns; west over the Southern Pacific Pa-cific to and beyond Carlin; north to Pocatello and east and west from that point, and along the Rio Grande system sys-tem to Grand Junction, In the circumstances, train service is surprisingly good and heavy passenger pas-senger trains are reaching Ogden nearly on schedule time. Operating officials are apprehensive of trouble from floods along tho various var-ious roads, however, and a sharp lookout look-out is being kept for soft roadbeds and possible washouts.
