Show I NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lako City. Utah. Jan. 29, 1909. Notice is hereby given that tho Huntsville Land and Livestock Company, Com-pany, by its secretary Simon S. Jen-pen, Jen-pen, whose postofllce address is Huntsville, Hunts-ville, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements ot Chapter 10S, Session Laws of Utah, 1903, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907. to appropriate two (2) cubic feet per second of water from Ogden River." Weber County. Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 55 degrees 22 minutes min-utes west 960 feet distant from the west quarter corner of Section 35. Township 7 north. Range 3 east, Salt Lake base and meridian and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch and pipe line for a distance of 5.2S0 feet and there used from April 1 to August 1, inclusive, inclus-ive, of each year, to irrigate 100 acres of land embraced in Sectiou 33. Township Town-ship 7 north, Range 3 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is detdgnated in the State Engineer's office as No. 2070. All protests against the granting ot eaid application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion complet-ion of the publication of this notice.
