Show GOLDFIELD ENJOYING CHEATER ACTIVITY John Hawley of Goldfleld, Nevada, was conferring with Secretary Reynolds Rey-nolds of the Weber Club today and Incidentally giving his views on tho prospects of the famous camp, "Things have been rather slow for a while," ho said, "and I guess they have been something that way here in Ogden. Things have begun to pick up, however, and the outlook Is considerably consider-ably brighter. The big 100-stamp mill of the Consolidated company started up recently and is now handling 600 tons of ore per day. The Florence mill, with a capacity of 360 tons per day, will be started within a few days. Thus, with the five custom mills already al-ready In operation there, Goldfleld is handling at least 1,000 tons of ore per day." |
