According to a story printed in the Capital News, John E. Bell, a Detroit De-troit capitalist, who for years was connected with tho Michigan Central Railway company; L. O. Wllkerson, a prominent capitalist of Alton, 111.; S. H. Bracey, one of the largest capitalists capi-talists of Chicago and a man who has been extensively engaged In railroad building, and Fred Dolph of Aurora, Dol , a capitalist of considerable nolo and attorney for the Rock Island Railroad Rail-road company, aro all In Boise for tho purpose of thoroughly Investigating conditions relative to tho Boise-Butte line for which the survey has been made and which Is regarded as one of the greatest openings for a railroad In the United States. : |
