A proclamation signed by President, Harding adding 27,000 acres of ground to the Fillmore national forest In southern Utah was received at the district offices of district four of tho forest service this morning Acting Assistant District Forester R E Gery said that tho proclamation eliminates from the forest approximately approxi-mately 10,000 acres of land that has been deemed to bo fit for agricultural purposes and that the land added is located in such a manner that Its addition ad-dition will be of aid In the admlnls-j tration of the forest.
