Show oo DAMAGE CASE MAY REACH JURY TODAY Dr. William S. Paine. Offden dentist, was on the witness stand this morning morn-ing in tho case of Harold L. Hoysc. 11-year-old boy. who through his guardian, guard-ian, is suing the l'tah Rapid Transit company for damages of $1,000 personal per-sonal injuries alleged to have been sustained when two street cars crashed crash-ed on Wall avenue last year. The complaint alleges that the boy was Injured on tho legs and arms and a tooth was broken when he was thrown forward from his seat. Dr Paine testified that ho examined exam-ined tho boy's teeth and found that only a small portion of one had been broken. He declared that it could be crowned fr a cost of $20. Dr. Paine is one of the last witnesses to be ailed by the traction company and it is believed that the case will be in the hands of the jury late today. The case is being heard before Judge George S. Barker. |
