Tho proclamation follows: "In order to promote a true American Ameri-can spirit and feeling of confidence in tho Justice of a government based on the rule of tho people, I, Frank Fran-ois, Fran-ois, as mayor of Ogdcn, proclaim Slay 1 to bo American day in Ogden, and urge that tho day bo observed as an occasion on which, the best in Ameri-! Ameri-! can public life is extolled.
