Show F1F1TW1IES I 'PECK'S BAD BDY Few parents will have any peace un til they have promised the children to take them to see Peck's Bad Boy at the Orpheum on Tuesday, or send them to the matinee. Of courso father and mother will not refuse to take them, because they remember what an event the appearance appear-ance of the Bnd Boy was in their own childhood. And maybe too, they have just a sneaking little desire to see the Bad Boy themselves once more. They haven't forgotten how they thrilled with dohgnt and laughed until un-til they cried at the jokes the Bad Boy played on Shultz the grocer, and DufXy, the policeman. Since father and mother saw the play, however,it has been entirely; rewritten, re-written, In fact everything is new but the boy, and he is still the likeable, mischievous chap as of yore. He is surrounded this season by the cleverest clever-est company of actors, singers and dancers ever provided for him and when the curtain rises at promptly eight-thirty It will be one long hilarious hilari-ous laugh until ten-thirty, oo |
