Show Weapon Taken From j Lawyer is L W. W. Case I MONTESANO. WASH., Jan. 29. George F. Vanderveer, counsel for the defense in the trial of eleven alleged I. W. W. charged with murder in con-jneclion con-jneclion with tho Centralla Armistice day shootings, was ordered by Judge John M. Wilson today to deposit his revolver in the office of the county clerk before entering court hereafter. Judge Wilson made the request of attorneys for both the prosecution and defense, but Vanderveer was the only lawyer in the case who admitted carrying carry-ing a weapon. Bailiffs questioned each veniremen and spectaclor today as to possession of a weapon before allowing them to enter the court room. Six jurors had been temporarily passed and were in the box for examination exam-ination when court opened today. Of the six temporarily accepted three were subject to re-examination and three to peremptory challenge only. 00- |
