Show Miga Cost of Living Reserve Board Fault CLEVELAND, Jan. 29. The high cost of living owes its existence In part to the federal reserve board, Dr. Harvey W. Wiley, national pure food expert, declared in an address before tho thirteenth annual convention of the National Gunners' association. The remedy, Dr. Wiley said, lies in tho gradual withdrawal of inflated currency and the establishment of food as the standard of value instead of gold. The pre-war standard will never return, he said. Canned foods received the endorsement endorse-ment of Dr. Wiley, but he said that many features of the pure food law are hold in abeyance.
