Secre-tarl Secre-tarl of the Navy Daniels started con-fslderable con-fslderable speculation here tonight as to whom he meant when he said in a supoech that he could tell who would bo tho next president of the United States, but that ho did not know to which party the man belonged. Tho secretary was addressing the graduating class of the Uierco school on the work 0f the navy and on Americanism. Amer-icanism.
