C Rules and regulations reg-ulations for annual intercollegiate aviation avi-ation races were drawn up today at a meeting of the executive committee of the intercollegiate flying association -The first race which" is scheduled on May G and 7 will consist of a cross I country flight with stop3 at each of the colleges entered. ; Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia and Williams will be represented in ; the contest by ex-army aviators who ' have returned to their college studies.
