In an address tonight declared the treaty of Versailles Ver-sailles placed economic conditions on Germany that are impossible of fulfillment fulfill-ment and that if the agreement is not revised a world wide Bolshevist revolution revo-lution would result. Unless the allied nations are quick to realize the se-rlousness se-rlousness of the situation, he said, po-ilitlcal po-ilitlcal and industrial chaos to come. I "There is a possibility of a Bolshevist Bolshev-ist revolution in Germany," said Mr. iVanderlip. "This revolution would 'bridge the Atlantic and we would soon : feel its effects in this country in ways ! other than ecomonic. We have lacked j leadership in America, financial and otherwise and the Germans' have had all the hope crushed out of them." Mr. Vandcrllp said America must again go to tho aid of Europe, not with huge loans but with a system of credits cred-its whereby America would furnish to ;the war ridden countries food and raw materials. |
