Passengers and Crew of Princess Anne Saved NEW YORK, Feb. 7. Thirty-two passengers and twenty-eight members Of tho crew of tho steamship, Princess Anne, which stranded on a sand bar at Rockaway point Thursday night, while bound from Norfolk, Va., to this jcitj', were landed at the Battery by the police boat patrol shortly after 1 o'clock this afternoon. Forty-four I members of the crew remained aboard the distressed vessel. Captain Frank Seay of Norfolk, who was injured while navigating tho boat through the storm, was among those landed. nn
