Show League Council to , Meel at St fees LONDON. Feb. 7. Meetings oX tho executive council of the lr-agu? of nations na-tions will be held at SL James Palaop beginning next Wednesday. Details of the agenda are to be settled on the arrival ar-rival of Leon Bourgeois, French representative repre-sentative on the council. The lirst meeting will be a public one. It is announced that Earl Curzou. British representative, will be succeeded succeed-ed in the council by Arthur J.
