INFLUENZA HALTS STATE-WIDE PLANS SALT LAKE, Nov. 30. Because of the influenza epidemic and the continuance con-tinuance of the quarantine, the observance observ-ance of conservation week will not begin be-gin until December S, the postponement postpone-ment having been compulsory, in com- pljance with the order of the stale board, of heal.h regarding public gatherings. If the ban is not lifted by the end of the coming week, a second sec-ond continuance will be necessary. The i local campaign will be none the less : vigorous when It is celebrated. Conservation week will be inaugurated inaugur-ated by the reading of Herbert Hoover's Hoov-er's message from all pulpits in the state on Sunday, December S. The following Tuesday mass meetings will bo called in each county by the count food administrators, when the need lor continued food conservation will be explnined.
