Nathan Amslcr of Boston, who led the movement which resulted In wresting voting control con-trol of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Pa-cific from tho Rcld-Mooro interests, went into tho annual meeting of stockholders of tho road here today facing a fight over the election of directors. di-rectors.
