The bearish, causes, that operated yesterday, notably peace prospects, pros-pects, big crops and government pressure pres-sure for cheaper food became again forceful. Opening quotations, which ranged from c to c up at $1.131t to $1.13 for Decembeif and $1.08 to $1.09 for May, were followed by a sharp general rally and then a setback set-back of more than 2c from top figures. fig-ures.
