"Through your courtesy," Mr. Cooke's telegram says, "together with that of all other governors, Fifth avenue ave-nue is to be decorated immediately in honor of the homecoming of each state's gallant sons. One block will be assigned to each stale, displuming across the avenue a large banner bearing bear-ing the words, "Welcome Home,' and the name of the state." Governor Bamberger is asked to designate des-ignate a committee to act for Utah In co-operation with the directors of the Fifth Avenue association, preferably with the chairman a resident of New York.
