II NEW YORK, Nov. 22 Vice presi-dent presi-dent Marshal and James W, Gerard, I former ambassador to Germany, have .accepted invitations to speak at a series ser-ies of ten conventions to be held by state branches of the league to enforce en-force peace from November 30 to December De-cember 12, according to an announcement announce-ment tonight by the league. The purpose pur-pose of the1 conventions is to stimulate stim-ulate favorable sentiment for a league of nations. The itineraries of the two speakers follow:. !
