Hagel was shipped to Los Angeles esierday at 4 p. m. Interment will be in Hollywood Holly-wood cemetery in Los Angeles. WOOD .Jay B. Wood aged 25 : ears, and an employe of the Southern Pacific Pa-cific shops &s a boilermaker. passed away at tbe Dee bospilal last evening at 11:30 o'clock. Pneumonia was the cause of death Mr. Wood was born in North Carolina, the son of William H. and Amanda Morrison Wood. 11' Is survived by four brothers and three sisters. The body was taken to the Larkin chapel and funeral arrangements arrange-ments will be announced later. COOK George B. Cook, son of Mr and Mrs. S M. Cook of Willard. Utan. passed away at the base hospital at the Cadet Aerial Training school at Berkeley, Cat., last Saturday after eight days' illness of pneumonia Mr. Cook left Ogden last Tuesday to be with his son and will accompany the body home. He will probably arrive in Ogden tonight and funeral arrangements arrange-ments will be announced later. The young man was very well known in Willard and Bngham City, where he graduated from the Box Elder High johool and has just completed his third year at the Logan Agricultural eollSgS wle n he decided to enlist.
