That was tho edict of the general amusement board of the North Weber stake at its regular meeting here yesterday. yes-terday. The board declined to take any definite def-inite action upon any particular positions posi-tions or any special dance. The rul-! rul-! ing, however, declared that positions should be of such a nature that will permit them to execute the dance gracefully and pleasingly. Thirtoen wards were represented at the meeting of the amusement board. The principal speakers were Edward H. Anderson and Oscar KIrkham, of the Y. M. M. I. A. general board. Mr. Anderson explained the necessity of having only qualified members of coin-mitteees coin-mitteees in charge of amusemonts. Mr. Anderson took up the question of dancing and urged that proper dignity be observed by the dancers and that the hours should be between S:30 and 11-30. 'He insisted that ward official! H and parents should attend the dance; vJlHI in a supervisory capacity. 'iM Elder James M. Thomas presided fH! over the meetings. The session ,wa lBr held at the Third ward chapel.
