WASHINGTON, April 4 State governors gov-ernors meeting here today with'mem ' bers of the council of defense urge drastic action to stamp our disloyally! and to curb the German language' pre . - Thev also advocated measures, to prevent preaching in German and the teaching of German in telementary schools. Secretary Daniels, who presided as head of the council, asked the governors gov-ernors to formulate resolutions supporting sup-porting the bill drafted by Attorney General Gregory to reach spies, traitors and disloyal persons.
