Under the new regulations it will be unlawful for any city, town, person, firm or corporation under contract with any city, village or town to consume con-sume any cnal, oil. gas or other fuel for the lighting of streets, parks or public places, except under ccrta n restrictions. Street lamps using gas automatically ignited shall not l.e lighted before sunset and must lc extinguished not later than sunrine Gas lamps lighted 'by hand shall be lighted to conform "to the samo regulations. regu-lations.
