S Arentz is joint owner of tho Lngomar mine, located a lit'tlo way out of Goodsprings, Nev camo in from camp yesterday on mining min-ing business, expressing tho view that while the property was, from 6melter returns, amply able to tell its own story, tho shipments during tho summer sum-mer and autumn months would toll an oven better story. Mr. Perkins said that tho property, which is not an incorporated one, was turning out lead ore that average better bet-ter than 66 per cent lead, having recently re-cently shipped fivo cars of this unusually unus-ually high grade and had also shipped thirty cars of oro that carried, values of 42 po cent zinc. It is twelve miles from the mine into Goodsprings, and tho mine is equipped with aerial tram that carries tho oro down to the loading station, from which point a tractor of b1x tons capacity makes two trips each day. Mr. Perkins ndded that the entire district was active and that the number num-ber of prospects now under development develop-ment with favorable showing gave rise to the conviction that Goodsprings region re-gion would be "all to tho good" at the end of the year. |
