OCR Text	Show SI WHITE WAIVES1 HIS PRELIMINARY mm Sam White waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of burglary, this ! morning in the municipal court, and was bound over to the district court for trial, bail being set in the sum of $300. He was arrested last Monday bv Sergean T. H. Blackburn and Officer C. E. Layne In the home of a section gang on West Seventeenth street, and is alleged to have forced an entrance to the place with intent to steal anything any-thing of value the section men left ! behind them when thev went to work. oo
