The Wireless Press today gavo out a Berno despatch quoting tho Suddeuts-chezeitung Suddeuts-chezeitung to the effect that great German general staff has been moved from the western to the eastern front. Tho great German headquarters which directs operations on all fronts and at which tho emperor and chief of staff much of their time, was In Belgium In the early weeks of the war and subsequently was moved to northern France. In tho spring of 1915 it was at a town near Lille. According Ac-cording to unofficial reports it was transferred later to a small village further east.
